Don’t worry for the girls on a budget you can use friendship bracelet string and use clear glue to seal instead of melt it won’t be waterproof tho

I used to make these in the 80's with embroidery thread. Your process of slowly introducing each row is brilliant however you are working right to left backwards, I am used to going the opposite direction and starting with all of the threads tied in a knot. Your way is elegant but will take me a minute to figure it out. Thanks for sharing. It is interesting how these macrame bracelets never get old.
